Follow our step-by-step instructions of how to apply and remove your peel and stick wallpaper. Our video tutorial will walk you through how to successfully install NuWallpaper, ensuring you create a stunning room or feature wall.
Some Important Things to Keep in Mind!
When starting your wall, you can either draw a plumb line to ensure you’re hanging the NuWallpaper straight, or eyeball it like we did in the video.
We do NOT recommend hanging NuWallpaper on the following surfaces:
- Textured Walls
- Wallpaper
- Brick/Cinderblock
- Unpainted Drywall/Sheetrock or Plaster
- Outdoors
- Non-stick Paint
If you are hanging this product around sockets or switches, switch OFF the main power, and to minimize the hazard in the event of a fire, don’t put up NuWallpaper over expanded veneers.

I would like to redo a wet bar that is made of Formica. The Formica is in perfect shape, would this product work well on the facades of the bar? in other words, would Nu wallpaper stick to the Formica and looking to see if there is any special prep that i need to do.

Hi Chris,
NuWallpaper can be applied to any surface, as long as it is completely smooth, clean and flat.
