Parisian décor inspiration

Paris, the city of love, where vintage and modern coexist and “organized clutter” is seen as stylish and chic. Old clocks to beautiful fabrics to gilt picture frames, chandeliers, black, white, gold and purple, all mix beautifully together to inspire a perfect Parisian look. Although the Eiffel Tower may not lay outside your doorstep, achieving a look that’s both old and new, eclectic yet romantic can be done with just a few simple touches using some of our peel and stick decals!

The easiest way to bring Parisian style home, is to bring to your room pictures of French landmarks including Paris and the Eiffel Tower, black and white vintage photographs or paintings of the French countryside. Nothing speaks more to Parisian culture than the beautiful sites and scenery of the city itself!

Offsetting a modern room with vintage details and accessories is another common theme that can be found throughout Parisian homes. By bringing in items and furniture that have a time-worn elegance, you can layer in the old with the new and start to create a mixed look that’s both unique and stylish.

Last but not least, incorporating raven colored accents throughout your room work to tie the whole Parisian look together. With a chic touch of black on picture frames, lamp shades or even pillows, the plain becomes glamorous and the old becomes new.
